Your Devices
Per your request, they will provide you with a copy of your records or transfer your medical records if necessary.
It is your right to request that we provide you with a copy of your records or provide a copy of your records to an alternate provider of your choosing.
If your devices are still under the original warranty, the manufacturer will honor that warranty. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and wish you the best in your hearing health.
